How often do I need to come for coaching?
Swimming is similar to other complex movement sports such as golf and tennis. Technique needs to be a part of your training to ensure good movement patterns are maintained and improved.
For significant, lasting technique improvement we recommend a session every 3-4 weeks with self practice in between
For a general review and maintenance of a good stroke we recommend a session every 6-8 weeks with regular technique self practice sessions.
