Intro to Open Water Workshop

Join Craig and Jacquie as they share the knowledge they've gained swimming in NE Scotland over the last 10 years. Learn how to choose a safe spot, who to swim with, what to wear/bring and how to cope with the cold. Then we will escort you into the shallow end of the Loch (approx 1.2m deep) where you'll have a chance to practice rescue positions, putting your face in the water, swimming and sighting (your choice of swimsuit or wetsuit). Then we end with an optional swim half way up the Loch into deeper waters before changing and returning to the conference room for a hot drink.
